Don't hesitate to buy .
It's a good piece of kit. The punch bag it self is solid quite sturdyUnless you kids aren't just using it you may want to get somome to hold it if your going to give it a good go.

Brilliant
My teenage son only asked for 1 thong for Xmas. A punch bag. He showed me cheaper ones but I chose to pay a bit more for this one. Fast delivery. Both boxes arrived separately as described in the advert but they arrived within 5 days despite it only being 1 week b4 xmas. We filled this with kiln dried sand. We can hear our son bashing it when we are downstairs , but it's a great punchbag. He can really punch it hard. It adds to his gym training sessions.

Quality sturdy punchbag
Tips:Fill the base with approx 70kg of play sand (not water!) although try it first with no more than 30kg until you’re sure you know exactly where you want to place it (at full base weight it will be very hard to move!)Get some Starpro boxing wraps - they fit nicely inside the glove and give vital protection to your knuckles as well as preventing bruising.Avoid placing on wood laminate flooring!

Good, but frustrating
It's takes a while to attach the stand to the base due to all the bolys that seem a little out of alignment, I use it fairly regularly but even filled the brim I can knock it about quite easily and it breaks my rhythm when I hit it hard enough and have to catch it before my next strike knocks it to the ground. Would probably better suit someone lighter/shorter than me (16st, 5'10")

Can take some decent hits
A bit of a nuisance the sand in as it is quite a small hole but once that is done it is a good bit of equipment. It can take some decent hits as well
