This set of decorate-yourself headbands contains a good variety of pieces for decorating the included headbands. The headbands themselves are 3 wide width and 3 narrow width plastic headbands covered with grosgrain ribbon and include teeth on the inside to grip the hair. Glue dots are included, however, hot glue works better (with adult supervision of course).Definitely recommend!

My 3 year old definitely needed help with this craft, but an unsupervised 6 + year old kid wouldn’t have an issue with putting these together. There are cute patterns and flowers to stick on the headbands and while the glue dots were difficult to manage, they were not more difficult than other typical glue dots we have used with other crafts. Overall, happy with this product!

For my granddaughter, she absolutely loved it! I had to help her place the strips on the headbands as it can be a challenge getting them straight. My granddaughter loved picking out her designs for the headbands; there are so many. However, the flowers, etc. do not stay on with the glue dots for very long. My recommendation is to have a glue gun handy or some super glue that you can use to reinforce the designs. Nothing wrong with letting their little fingers place the glue dots and designs but have an adult reinforce it later so they can actually wear them. There are a lot of pieces to this so a container would have been nice to keep all of the little pieces in. This is a very nice rainy day project for the kids.

I used this craft with my nieces, aged 3-13, with great success! The youngest needed help attaching the main headband decoration strip (mostly just to make sure that everything was centered), and they were all able to do the rest! It was the perfect craft for a chill summer afternoon.The headbands have been holding up well to the abuse and use that you would expect within this happy demographic.I did come behind after they had placed the pieces and helped "push" the flower petals into the adhesive to make them more secure. This would be a great craft to have in your closet for young gals aged 4-134~

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time putting these adorable headbands together. They loved being able to pick their unique accessories together to create something they could take home and actually use. It made an excellent party favor.

I got this Flower/Butterfly Headband Craft Kit to do with my grandkids and they like it. It came in a cardboard box with 6 headbands that come with ribbon across the top so they can be worn even without additional decoration. Also included are lots of pretty flowers, butterflies, and ribbons to attach to them with the included glue dots. The bands are large enough that they fit me too as an adult. This was a fun summer activity for us. It would work well for a party activity too. Long term I don't know how long the glue dots would hold up on their own, and some of the decorative pieces are comparatively rather heavy, so I also pulled out my glue gun for back up.

Lots of kids projects are easily forgotten and then thrown out after a few weeks. My girls love this set and still wear them after a couple months. They had so much fun switching around the attachments with the different colored bands.

I ordered this hair band making craft kit for my grand, who’s almost six. She LOVES them! I made one to give her after a summer camp play performance, and gave her the rest of the set to her to create her own decorative head bands. The materials are a nice quality. (I reinforced the one I made with a glue gun, which I would recommend after the kids use the glue dots.) It would be great if this craft came in a storage box of some kind; I repurposed a plastic cookie container to keep all the accessories together.

This was purchased as a gift for my niece. It was very presentable and the kids loved it. Overall I'm happy with the quality.
