Exactly as described + Great seller communication
Everything arrived beautifully and as expected. After accidentally breaking some pieces and reaching out to the seller for replacements, he was very responsive and helpful in getting those issued!

Tedious but a Good Flavor
I took a star away because this is a tedious process. It takes a while to get a cup of coffee; however, it is some great tasting coffee. It was easy to use and assemble. You just really need to have patience. The best feature besides the taste of the coffee, is the look of the tower. It is a great conversation piece. The price is a bit steep but decent. I have seen others that cost close to $500. If you are a coffee lover and appreciate a great cup of coffee, I would recommend it.

Amazingly Smooth Coffee
I've made about 4 different pots of coffee so far. If you like cold brewed coffee, this makes a very smooth, not bitter, pot. The pieces are packed very well. They also give you a 2nd "aerating coil." I cut down the packaging material and fit just the coil in a box for safe keeping. The assembly instructions are adequate for the tower. However, there is nothing said about assembling the silicon plug and valve into the water container. I found you need to soak the plug in hot water for a few minutes. Then, insert it part way in the glass and insert the valve partway into the plug. Then slowly push while turning the assembly and it will fit. The instructions recommended a starting amount of grounds for your first attempt, which worked well for me. I will probably reduce the amount. It also suggests a medium grind. The first pots we tried were with freshly ground beans. Tonight we are trying pre-ground, off the shelf coffee. It seems to be a "medium" grind. The most difficult thing at first is trying to get the drip rate correct. It is a little frustrating at first. But after a few attempts you should have it dialed in. We let it brew over night. In the morning you have fresh cold brewed coffee. I don't even want to stop at the trendy coffee shop before work now. If you get coffee everyday at those places, when you master the process, you will save the purchase price in less than a month.

Poorly Made
Product is poorly made, and glass does not fit in slots. Broken parts and the company did not provide a full refund. This was a gift and was unusable on delivery.
