The media could not be loaded.  Product is very well made. The manual however is not (if you need English that is).I suggest using the app only for android. Once you install that and enable the bluetooth connection and do the initial config it works great!I will add a link to the app as it is almost impossible to find.

Neat clock but the app was not available and the remote was missing from our first order. The company did exchange it and the new one was able to be used. You can not change functions without the remote.

The item arrived in basically no packaging. It was wrapped in a plastic bag an was rolling around loose in a box about 5x its size. It came in less than 24h, so I'm guessing it didn't have to travel far, which was lucky.When I first opened it, There were multi-color LED lights sort of illuminating the surround of the Nixie Tubes, and I was kind of annoyed because it ruins the classic look. Fortunately those can be disabled.I was also surprised that it is powered by a micro USB cable (no power brick or cord included). I was under the impression that Nixie Tubes run at 170V DC. But, the metal numbers and grids really do not look like LED tubes when you look at them very close, so I guess that's good.There are 18 different settings, and there is a spoken voice to tell you which setting you are on, but there is no clear way to know how to change the setting or even to know what each setting actually does. There is a remote control, but it doesn't have clear markings. I have not been able to set the time, and it's stuck on GMT+8 (China Standard Time).I have no doubt I'll figure all this out, but for $170-ish, I do feel like I got ripped off. I probably won't return it because it does seem to be real nixie tubes, which are hard to come by. But without a manual, it's really hard to get your money's worth.And they definitely aren't going to ship in that nice packaging they mention in the description. If it says it's going to take more than 24h to come to you, it's probably coming from too far away to survive the packing they use.

Don’t waste your time and money on this Chinese junk. Probably worth 20$ at its best
