Works for hair and nails
Works for me. My hair grows in higher quantity when I take this daily, my nails are able to grow longer cuz they stop flaking and breaking. I stopped using it for a couple years and regret stopping. Now that I’ve been taking it again for the past several months my hair is growing in fuller and I can grow my nails out long. I’ll probably just continue to take it daily for the rest of my life.

I’ve been getting ID’d a lot more lately (at 33)
I started taking it for hair growth, but haven’t noticed too much effect on that front. It’s been great for my skin tone, and I’ll definitely keep taking it for that reason alone. I have also noticed that my nails don’t break as easily anymore.
