I struggled with this rating. LOVE the color, nail heads, size, height, and the style. I struggle with the cushion, too soft, found myself sinking and uncomfortable and sitting on the edges. Needs to be firmer for improvement. Why would the company cut out the center and put straps to hold your butt. I am re-working it and putting the wood piece back in to save this chair/ottoman. LOVE though.

Shaky
It looks great but the construction is poor. It easily moves when sitting on it. Received one, thought it was only this one that was defective but alas, the second one was the same. I am keeping it because it looks great where it is and I will deal with the "crash" down the road.

Broke immediately; can't actually sit on it
Although the ottoman is very beautiful, one of the legs snapped off as soon as my husband -- who is NOT a big guy -- sat down on it. Very disappointed.
