Update: the mask will not turn on if plugged in. It will also not stay on if the battery is not charged or close to needing to be charged. It truly has been a wonderful addition to my beauty regimen.I have been researching masks for weeks. I’m 50 and was not interested in anything but red light therapy. I’ve worked hard to keep age spots at bay and blue light is known to bring up pigmentation. After reading countless reviews at multiple websites and speaking with my dermatologist I chose this mask. I’ve only used it about 6 times (recommend 5x a week for 10 minutes) and I’ve noticed a big difference in my dark circles lightening up. The mask comes with goggles and has a timer so you can relax and know it will shut off automatically in 10 minutes. It comes with a strap and fits really well. If you want other colored lights this isn’t the mask for you. It’s a powerful red only mask. Worth every penny.

I love the ease and effectiveness of this mask. My skin looks better and although some reviewers have mentioned issues with battery life or quality, I haven’t had any. I try to use it four times a week (the more you use it, the better the results.) I have recommended this product to a few people and will continue to do so. I think it’s definitely worth the money as long as it’s used consistently.

Beware and read return policy before buying.They will charge a 10% or more shelving fee if you return.My device does not turn on even with solid green light, which should indicate it’s fully charged. And there is not a service number I can call for help.

I have been using his product each day for 5 weeks, 1x per day for 15 minutes after applying anti-aging serum. It definitely works by erasing fine lines, dark spots, and creates a smooth appearance.

At first I loved this but the charger stopped working after charging it only a few times. For the price it cost, this shouldn’t have broken so quickly. I can’t figure out how to get the charger replaced.

I love my relaxing "mask time" in the mornings before work.Edited after using 6 months - still love my mask! The nurses at the MediSpa I have gone to for years commented on how great my skin looks on my last visit!

I received the mask and it didn't turn on, I processed the return asap and can see that I have received an Amazon credit note and not the cash return. Especially given the item was faulty and the seller is at fault, I am extremely disappointed in this and wish it to be resolved ASAP. I expect full cash return.
