Actually pretty good.
I wasn’t expecting much because of the reviews. Bought this because there has been a number of shed break ins recently and I could get this quickly.It works great. No false alarms really (apart from a bumble bee that got in the shed) but it was good to be alerted.It takes 1 big 9v battery and 3 C size batteries in the receiver. I’m going to purchase the DC cable though as I don’t want to keep replacing batteries.We have set it to chime on low and it’s still loud enough to alert you, even during the night.So far so good though. Pretty pleased with it.

A little dissapointed
Arrived very quickly but a little disappointed as the base unit is either off/on and there is nothing to adjust the sound. My walls are quite thick so had to find a place that would work. The sensor on the driveway hasn't a very wide angle at all, so someone can get a good 2/3 metres into the garden before it activates. I suppose it does do the job but I wouldn't buy this particular unit again.

Far more efficient and effective than the old one it replaces. Alarm setting could NOT be ignored! Super kit.

Works well.
After having an expensive Hayter mower stolen from our garden shed recently, I thought I would give this a go. Works really well and would certainly give any Tea-leaf a reason to rethink their actions. Not yet sure of how long the batteries (not supplied) will last.

This item did not work at all. Well to be fair the PIR sensor did seem to pick up movement and the alarm unit did chime when switched on but the units did not communicate with each other at all. The units had slightly different model numbers 615 and 615T so perhaps a problem here. It is set for CH 9 according to a sticker on the PIR unit and hand written on the box ?
