I gave this 4 stars, but would have given it 5 had I been able to use it!I purchased it as it had amazing reviews and was exactly what I was looking for, however, the plug alerted me to the fact that it was not compatible with the UAE as we are on a different voltage so I had to return the item, much to my disappointment. This was not indicated on the description so one needs to be aware.

After 2 times of using.. it doesn’t heat any more . I’m not sure why. Tried to contact the seller, but like online products, it was difficult to get response. Pls call me seller if you see my message.

I purchased this on Amazon UAE, and was very excited when I finally received it. The only problem is that the power plug and voltage are not compatible with this region.Amazon Support team was very helpful and I received all my money back (including the shipping costs) however this product should not be allowed to be sold in the UAE and Middle East region as not compatible, and therefore useless.

Ultimately I love this because it is metal and easy to clean. Our prior frother was simple but produced consistent result, this frother has more options. The frother has a capacity to do more, if the need arises, and the minimum seems like more than enough (sometimes too much) for my spouse's cup of coffee. It has a simple straightforward design that makes it easy to decide while we are brewing coffee. I really like it, it does what I need, uses metal instead of plastic, and is easy to take apart and clean.

This frother is very easy to use, has a large capacity so I can make more than 1 latte at a time. The interface is very nice too.

I’ve bought cheaper, smaller versions in the past that have never lasted long. This machine is brilliant with different heat settings and options. Stainless steel is much better than the non stick jugs I’ve had before, which often get damaged with overheated milk deposits. Easy to clean with the special sponge provided. Would highly recommend! It’s much more expensive than other smaller versions but well worth the price. Be warned- it comes with a continental plug so you’ll need a uk adapter.
