Having heard a lot about the benefits of Ashwagandha, I decided to try these tablets as a natural way to manage my stress and improve my sleep. I've been taking these tablets for a little over a month now, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the results. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not have any aftertaste, which is a plus for me.What really impressed me was the improvement in my sleep quality. Ashawagandha is one of those rare plant products that have been shown to possibly help with many areas of our lives. The manufacturer claims sleep as one such area it can support.After taking this for about a week i can honestly say that it has been the best week of sleep i have had for some time. I would normally wake 3 or more times in the night (but always got back to sleep quickly) however just 2 waking periods are now typical from the last week of trialing this. That alone gives me the confidence to rate this very highly. I am waking feeling more rested than before which also seems to be helping my overall stress levels too.I will finish the course and update, but for now delighted so far and at the price currently around £10 for a 3 month supply also offers exceptional value too in my view as absorption seems better with the black pepper added. Do your own research of course but an easy tablet to take and swallow no bad taste issues and so has to rate a 5* supplement.👍

Ashwagandha has become incredibly popular recently for this many documented health benefits, including a boost and energy, better sleep etc. I’ve been taking it daily now for several weeks and I’ve definitely noticed the benefit.I’m afraid this particular brand however, is more than a little misleading because the description on the site, and the information on the front of the packaging both state that it contains 3000mg, however on receipt, the nutrition information on the back of the packaging states that in fact each tablet only contains 150mg, which is actually quite a low dose compared to most Ashwagandha on the market.Also, unfortunately being pressed tablets rather than sealed capsules these are rather unpleasant to swallow, and leave a rather unpleasant taste in the mouth. so, whilst I am generally a big fan of Ashwagandha, unfortunately I don’t really feel I can recommend this particular brand.

Nice, small, easy-to-swallow tablets shipped in a resealable pouch.As with most tablets vs powdered capsule supplements, these contain bulking and anti-caking agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate)As with many supplements, judging effectiveness will be somewhat subjective but other reviewers report improved sleep and stress levels. It's too early to tell but I will continue to take these and see how things progress.At the current price, they represent excellent value for 3 months supply.

I like that they come in an easy to open bag resealable. They are small tablets so easy to take and also can fit many in my supplement organiser.Since taking them (about 5 days) I have slept better most nights and also felt whatever problems arise are easier to get through. I have had more motivation to be physical and when I think about it now I did feel I found my inner strength without a problem.Sometimes that happens though so I can’t say for certain but I am happy with taking the supplements, maybe it would be easier to know for certain if I stopped taking them!

Having just started taking Ashwanga and finding that they do seem to be helping I ordered another lot to be in ready for the ones I’m currently taking run out. You get a 3 month supply, they are easy to swallow and price wise they are reasonable I feel. If you’re needing just a little help to get through life’s stresses these are worth trying.

This is one of those things that I feel needs people to do their own research on whether it's right for them or not. Personally, I've been using Ashwagandha for some time and it agrees with me. This is no different. I find that it gives me quite weird and vivid dreams, which for me is good as I'm not much of a dreamer otherwise. I find that I feel more refreshed in the morning, I guess because I'm getting deeper REM sleep.It's not the nicest tasting thing but it doesn't leave an aftertaste and it's easy to swallow so that's not really an issue.It claims that it's made in the UK which puts my mind more at ease and I haven't personally had any negative effects from them. At £9.99 you get three months supply so I feel that's a fair asking price. I'm happy with it although I suggest you do some reading to see if it's right for you.
