First, after having been in an accident, I found it difficult to find a neck brace that provides comfort, the correct support and quality. My only suggestion is to provide a sleeve that goes all the way around, because "we sweat on the back of our neck's too." But, the quality of the product is excellent, it looks great, but most importantly, "it works like a neck brace should." It is so comfortable. It has taken me a few years to find a neck brace that "feels great on my neck without hurting the neck and/or other places like ears/jaw." I feel relieved and happy. I actually bought 2; one in each color. I took a string, put it around my neck, pinched where it came together and measured it out on a ruler to find my neck circumference. I was on the higher end of the Medium size. I could've gone with the Large (as I did buy this size as well), but I found the Medium to be the perfect size for me. So, don't be afraid to buy more than one size to get the right fit for you! And, the pink is so pretty (I feel like I look less medical).Excellent product. Thank you!

I have poor posture, and probably arthritis in my neck. Wearing this has helped me train my neck to stand up straight. I slept in it when I first got it, now I wear it when I lay down but take it off before I go to sleep. The velcro strap is long so you can find the right fit for you.
