LIPOELASTIC PI Active - Compression Bra Post-Surgery | Sports Bra for Women | Post-Surgery Bra for Women with Front Closure

I purchased two of these bras to aid my recovery from breast surgery . I'm nearly two weeks into a six week recovery and have found them to be excellent. Very well made. I am normally a 38C bra and purchased Size XXL. The measurements on-line comparing to usual bra measurement recommended going up a size and I am glad I did. Extremely supportive and comfortable to wear, particularly as I was found to be allergic to the medical dressings and had no coverings over my wounds to both breasts. The post-operative bra has been comforting and is aiding my recovery. Wash well. Breathable material, elastic supportive under band and adjustable straps. Would recommend. I am tempted to keep these front fastening bras for future wearing should I make a complete recovery and do not require further surgery. Incidentally previous reviews have complained about the label on the back being the wrong side. On the contrary, labels in garments are notorious for irritating, and I suspect the designers of this post-operative bra thought it sensible to attach the label on the outside of the garment to prevent discomfort. It can easily be cut off too without damaging the bra.

Please choose this bra over the others it is so comfortable and is padded round your incisions! Originally chose the Macom one but it’s no where near as comfy and almost made the pain worse

This was a really comfortable post op bra. I had a BA and was put into this directly after surgery. The fabric is soft and stretches very well. I bought a M and fit really well before and after the BA. I would recommend this bra but there are also so many others that are cheaper that do the same thing. The only issue I had was that as it’s not as long line in the band as I would have liked, the band was always sitting on the incisions which caused me discomfort. I will defiantly wear this in a few weeks time but wouldn’t say this is the best for the first week or two of recovery.

Yes it’s definitely a good bra but it could have done with being a bit bigger around the rib cage also maybe the straps could have been a little longer they are on the longest and still are tight also the elastic around the rib cage could and should be a lot wider to stop it rolling up!! They are expensive bras and yes they help but they still need to review the width of the elastic around the rib cage seeing as it being a post op bra if the elastic was wider then the wear would be much more comfortable and seeing as post op you need to wear these bras 24hrs a day it could be helpful - not everyone is stick thin!!

Too small and I cannot return it now, they sent me a label that I cannot open

Fit was great and great quality. Comfy and looked good too.

I bought this bra after breast augmentation and I was quite disappointed, I found that it was quite ill fitting, the cut was too low and the under band was not low enough, sitting on my scars. Lipo elastic is a good brand but I would not recommend this bra for post surgery, I would suggest you look at Macom which is far superior for post surgery compression.

This is lovely material and is well made however I ordered an XL as I'm a 38g and this is just too small and tight. I would recommend this bra if you are a small 34/36 possibly and you have a very narrow back. Otherwise steer clear.
