when i received the hat, it was folded up in a triangle, took a bit of time, to get it back to shape. I think the hat would be better, if it was put in a box, and not folded up.

Going to the charity shop without wearing it. Folded and creases would not come out, so ended up going shopping in person a few days before the wedding and bought another one to replace this. Fit was unsuccessful, colour and style not as described, value for money - forget it and quality not worth buying!
