Not easy to drink from!
I bought this along with the backpack vest made by the same company.A few miles into my first run, I needed to hydrate but the effort it takes to get even a tiny bit of water is ridiculous - you certainly can’t do it while on the move!It also tastes really strongly of plastic.Sending my one back.

Good for walkers, not so for Joggers
Not convinced they are good for jogging. The effort required to get water out means unless you are some megafit ironman you will be way too out of puff trying to drink while running. Walking I can see will be absolutely fine. They are VERY waterproof and the seal for filling up is fiddle free and easy to use as well as completely safe

Without the mouthpiece it's fab!!
As per many other reviewers, I found it extremely difficult to drink from - getting minimal liquid from maximum effort. Drinking when standing still (let alone running, was near impossible). However, the mouthpiece can be removed, and then it's a different story!! With mouthpiece removed, the water flow is still secured with push / pull stopper, but now water flows easily so can easily drink from when running or walking.

Still taints the water
Seems well made. I have rinsed it out several times and used it and it still taints the water with a plasticy/rubbery taste.Takes a lot of effort to suck the water through

Help! It got stuck!
I am a long distance runner, which is why water reservoirs are important to me. I wanted to try a brand with a different design. Normally, I use screw tops but they are harder to clean. However, I STRONGLY advise against this type of design, firstly, as the seal is difficult to remove (mine got stuck and won't open anymore!), secondly, its clumsy and unreliable. Mine is a nightmare to use! I want a refund! Fat chance of that around here...

Been using it for a year with new problems
I bought this last year to replace my old Berghaus one. This has been used in all seasons in the Scottish Highlands and it is great for the price. I've had no issues with it at all, not even the mouth piece as previous reviews have said. Closing it at the top was abit fiddly to begin with, but easy once you get use to it.

Bit rubbish.
Leaky, difficult to fill - especially on the go. Pretty annoying bladder to be honest. The mouth piece is ok, but easier to bit it off and suck the water out of the tube. The water does have a plastic odour to it, but that’s pretty normal in my opinion.

Value for money
Value for money. The hose is very long but I was able to cut it down to a size that suits me. Only issue I have is I find it difficult trying to put on the plastic bit at the top that stops the water spilling out.
