This is so cool! I love that it's lightweight, fits almost anywhere, but can work out out well! Worth every penny!!!! Gloves fit perfectly and the whole family uses it. App works well, and connects with no problems. I love that the speed is adjustable. My husband is so much faster than I am, it's has a level for the whole family. Durable and well built!

I love it a lot and it’s super useful to use to get my frustration out. My only complaint is that no where in the instructions does it say how to turn off the sound affects when u hit it. It plays over my music and it’s louder than it should be, if anyone knows how to turn that off but also have the music still playing please help. The item also perfectly sticks to any surface and has 2 options when it comes to that. Very sturdy and worth the money. Easy to connect to my phone to play my playlists and easy to understand how to connect. The gloves are high quality and easy to put on. The punch pads also can be hit with no gloves because they are somewhat soft. The gloves don’t move much around your hands when worn which is great. Awesome product overall and would purchase again if it ever breaks. So far, the product hasn’t had any mess ups or technical difficulties. If you’re looking for something to punch but don’t have enough money for those huge punching bags like me, buy this. I used this all night and it was great. I did mute the whole thing though because the noises it made when I punched it agitated me because it was as loud as my music so it ruined the point. Good concept. I like it overall. A few things I’d change though. First, allow the volume of the hit/miss sounds to be adjustable. Second, it takes a hard punch to get the pads to register contact. The gloves are big on me so it is possible that if I got gloves more my size it wouldn’t feel as if I needed to hit so hard.Be careful where you mount it. Not advisable to use the velcro strips provided; they are heavy duty and may do serious damage to your walls (especially walls of a newer construction in an apartment).It didn’t sit flush to the wall for me so it banged against the wall. I mounted it on a foam-type exercise mat which helped absorb the banging.It’s a good work out and I enjoy the upper body activity. Overall I think it’s a decent gadget and it will add some variety to my workouts.
