Great value for money overall (two slight bummers, though)
This is a great product and good value! Many reviews complain/note the screen (package) came demaged/dented... with much trepidation: ours arrived 100% in good shape [I mean, this thing IS heavey, so poor Amazon/Fedex driver ]Also, many had bemoaned wrinkled or warped screen. That is (for us) NOT the case. very flat. Two minor issues:1) the (hard wired) remote/power cable is not long enough. If it's mounted to the ceiling and the power outlet is at the bottom of the wall (which I suppose is the case in 90% of the installations) then you need an extension cord. Bummer.2) the screen's extended lenght (drop extension) is far less then our old screen (which broke). I guess blame me for not reading the specs well enough, just make sure you measure the desired drop depth.Lastly: be aware it's using a RF remote, not IR. So any "learning IR" you might use won't work. Just saying.Other then that, great value.

Good Screen 👍
The media could not be loaded. Install by 1 person is not hard but not easy either. I highly recommend getting some universal mounts. Install was a lot easier and the mounts give you some wiggle room in case you didn't line things up evenly. The screen produces a good picture. The motor operates smoothly. The only possible negative is you have to stop the screen yourself which really is no biggy. The screws they give you seem a little dinky but if you buy the universal mounts they come with beefier screws.I would buy this again and may buy another. No hiccups in delivery no damage scratches or dings. Manufacturing could use a little QC as one bracket on one side was a little bent but didn't affect anything. For the money it was a good purchase. 👍

You CAN adjust the auto stop point for lowering.
The media could not be loaded. Many reviews are stating that the screen lowers too far leaving you with a 1 foot black background stripe at the top. This is true upon delivery from the factory. However, if you read the instructions that come with it, it tells you where in the back of the screen there is an adjustment screw. You insert a hex wrench and turn it counterclockwise for the screen to lower less. You turn the clockwise to lower the screen more. You will have to experiment a couple times. It took me about nine counterclockwise turns to eliminate all but about a 1 inch section of the black on top that the projector needs to know the borders for keystone and focusing.I am using the screen with an Aurzen Boom 3 front projector at 21 feet. At this distance, the image fills the entire 110 inch diagonal screen measurement. While the projector is capable of displaying a much larger image even at 21 feet, I found this to be suitable. The screen is a benefit in that it will present better colors than projecting against a white wall. The screen gives you about a 20% gain in color and brightness (my approximation) when using overhead indoor lighting or your shades/blinds are allowing daylight in. However, that is no fault of the screen, if you want to project an image in bright light, you need an upward laser projector and an ALR screen. That is about a $4000 set up. For $300 for the projector and $140 for the screen, I’m not going to complain, especially since I can just turn the lights off. This screen is a necessity for those just trying out the world of projectors. The only negative is that the cord with the control box won’t even reach a standard building code height floor outlet in a room with a standard an 8 foot ceiling if you have ceiling mounted the screen. Anyone who is the least bit handy would and should just mount an outlet closer to the ceiling for a clean look. The product does smell heavily of plastic when the screen is first lowered. I recommend leaving it down and your windows open for a day to air it out.

Excellent product quality, great customer service
Final Update 10/14/2024 Customer support is awesome. They sent a replacement remote promptly. Screen quality is excellent at such a reasonable price. I would recommend both the product and the seller.Update 10/3/24 Seller reached out to offer replacement remote. Will update if I receive the remote.Review:The screen quality is very good but the remote stopped working. I sent an email to the support email listed in the product manual as well as to the seller. No reply. Being a bulky item I paid for professional installation. So returning is not an option. Called Amazon product support and they asked me to return the item for replacement. I spent $100 to get it installed and spend another $100 to get it uninstalled and reinstalled. Amazon is completely unempathetic and robotic by providing a scripted solution. So, buy at the risk of not having warranty support neither from the manufacturer, seller nor Amazon.

Love love love
Backyard movie night has become a family affair with more and more friends and family joining from weekend to weekend. We had a screen we would put up each weekend and bring down at the end of the weekend. Is that easy to do, sure but it was a hassle for much we used it. This projector screen is literally ‘THE BOMB’ (I just aged myself). Mounting was easy, we created a box around it to protect it from the sun when not being used) and now backyard movie night is just a click away. We love it.

Product defective, no answer from seller
This screen is quite good in itself, but... it's defective, and the seller isn't answering. The screen is a bit teard of on the lower left end, which isn't a problem. It's fixable, and I didn't even report it.But it also has fixed lines that are clearly visible on the screen... (yes, it's the screen, not the projector, I've tested it all ways possible). My request was quite reasonable, asking if there was any solution to remove the lines/clean the screen, but... no answer. So, in the end, it's a very expensive screen that I'll use until I can find another one.Sad.
