I hurt my back when I was younger. Now that I am older. I can pull or strain a muscle fast. When I used this I could barely get out of bed. I had to roll out. If I sat up I would wince in pain. After applying it. It provided much needed pain relief. It is small and doesn't last as long as I would like. I use a glove to put it on and use generous amounts. It really sticks to my hands. So the glove helps with that.It helps numb the pain. It doesn't completely go away, if I miss a spot my body lets me know. So I add more. One tip is to really rub it in. If you just put it on without rubbing it in. You may not get the results you want. It works well. I have tried this version and a smaller one. I will stick with this one, since they both cost the same.

The effectiveness of this product is great the longevity of it is last me all day not something I have to rub on every 2 hours the pain relief is great the size is good it's not greasy at all it absorbs right into the skin it's not real thick it's not real thin it's just right

I give this product 5 stars because it really does take my pain away. I have abscesses from old third degree burn scars. I get the abscesses because scar tissue does not grow like regular skin and as I gain weight scar tissue breaks open and becomes very painful. This product totally eliminates the pain. I just wish they would put a little bit more in this big tube.

I had ordered this for my Mom. She is 91 years old with Bursitis in her hip, and arthritis in her knee. I bought everything I can find, to no avail.She stated that this did nothing to alleviate the pain in her hip, nor her knee. I was disappointed.

I got this to help with skin irritations. I did not read the entire description to discover that alcohol is in the mix. Wow! Put it on the sore spot and BANG, the alcohol comes ON. After about 15 seconds the lidocaine does what it's supposed to do...cool off the painful spot. It works very well after that initial shock.
