high quality foam roller
i was skeptical about paying this amount of money for a foam roller...but, it was worth it. the roller has 3 vibration settings and gives out a very powerful vibration. There are more powerful vibrations out there...but not at this price point. the knobs are pretty firm and the foam roller itself is large. definitely worth the investmentupdate:ive been using this foam roller for about a month now. i just got back from a workout and i can honestly say i'm glad i got this foam roller. especially good for before the workout when my muscles are still suffering from soreness from prior workouts. gets the blood flowing in no time. battery seemingly never dies.. ive raised my rating.

This vibrating foam roller delivers!
I’ve been using the Monument Vibrating Foam Roller every day since it arrived to help with releasing tension in my lower and upper back. It’s been an amazing product so far with no issues as of yet. I have to admit I was a little skeptical reading some of the reviews about manufacturer issues; however, I haven’t had issues that would prevent me from using the product.I loved the packaging and easy to use and setup right out of the box. I own other foam rollers. But the vibrating foam roller really adds a whole new dimension of “stress release” you don’t get with an ordinary roller. It charges quickly too! I wish the roller came with a soft mat for my back while I used it to prevent my butt and back from being on the hard floor, but it’s not a deal breaker. The foam roller is still amazing and I love it!

Perfect foam roller
Been using foam rollers for years and finally decided to invest in one that vibrates after my chiropractor used one of those vibrating deep tissue massage guns on me after a back injury and it instantly helped. This foam roller works just as well as that professional grade device plus being in that form I was able to use it by myself. Really like the little center groove for my neck and getting into the grooves of my feet. I use it every day and forget to charge it for days at a time but the battery lasts long enough that it hasn't been an issue (though I haven't really pushed it). The max setting for vibrating is pretty intense but not quite what it would be for a professional device. It was such that my girlfriend could feel the vibration through the wood floor three rooms away. This was exactly what I was looking for in a product. Would absolutely recommend.

Effective and sturdy
I had been experiencing some periodic back pain (upper and lower) and a friend had bought one of these before me and she really liked it so, although it seemed a little pricey I just went for it. I had seen reviews about what appears to be some flimsiness in the cover that hides the charging port and yes, it does look flimsy though I have not had any problem removing and reattaching the cover. I would recommend that a marker be placed on the cover and on the unit (arrows perhaps) to show how to orient the cover when reattaching it. That said, the unit is very easy to use and has really helped me relieve pain in my back and in my feet. I use it every other day or so and 2 weeks after an initial charge I have not had to charge the battery again yet. I know there are similar products out there that cost less but I assume they will also be less sturdy and probably require more charging and/or are less powerful. I like this unit however and recommend it.

Underpowered, too soft, poor construction
Let me begin by saying that I am comparing this to the hyper ice roller. The hyperice is insanely powerful and the material is quite hard and construction is good. However it is overpriced, I suppose or perhaps not since no one seems to make one of comparable value for less. And that is what I was looking for. For $139 I expected that it might be the solution based on reviews. Let me outline my disappointments.Number one - the vibrating power is just not up to par. On the highest setting it works out about the same level as level one or maybe 1.5 on the hyper ice. They have underpowered the motor or the entire system. That is, when one uses this roller, one notice is an instant decrease in the frequency of vibration. This represents an under powering of the device because it is unable to keep up it's rpm as a bit of impedance is put onto the system. In the highest setting it is pleasant but not therapeutic. Of note, the hyperice does not slow down when placed under the body.Number two the knobs on the roller are way too soft. I am a bit of a wimp when it comes to using rollers and the hyper ice or a standard hard roller is tough for me to tolerate. But with this roller I cannot even feel the little knobs because they completely compress and it feels like I'm just using a large soft roller. I can't even feel the hard plastic shell underneath. The weak knobs just suffice to dampen the entire device in terms of vibration and therapeutic use.Number three. The construction is weak. I think it probably compresses a little bit when you put all of your weight on the device. And I am not a very heavy individual. Now I will say that if you choose to use it on your spinal area with the notch that is formed on the device then it does give a fairly pleasant sensation in the lumbar area when placed on the ground under the back. This is in contrast with the hyper ice which is so powerful that it cannot really be used on the back at all because it will shake your bones. In summary, I would value it at around $70 at the most. Construction is weak. It is underpowered and the motor slows simply by lying on the roller. And finally, one cannot even use it as a knobby roller - the knobs just compress and so does the body of the roller. The net effect is an ineffective roller, overpriced for such underperformance.

The middle makes the difference
I absolutely love the product the vibration of the foam roller does help muscle to release much quicker than a regular roller and to a higher level what makes this one the best for me is the centre of the roller is shaped as a C form and goes very well around the vertebra without putting direct pressure on the spine in weird places like other roller do, Also very comfortable for hamstrings and a lot more. I was sceptical that the vibration would not be enough but I rarely use the highest one so it is good for me. Regarding the charge it lasted for about 12 using days before it died so it is a very good product.
