Not what id call tasty if youve never had it before, as it is not the same flavor as thr flesh of the coconut, but after drinking it regularly for hydration and potassium supplementation, i do now like how it tastes and it is a great source of hydration and integral, often hard to get enough of mineral/electrolyte potassium. Pricey, not the most appealing, but never had any leaks or damage and is ultimately a worthy addition to ones health.

Pleasantly sweet, and just like you get out of the coconut! I couldn't complain except for it has a high carbohydrate count per serving. It works really well if you're getting dehydrated, and there are no added ingredients, just coconut water, straight from the coconut! It is very good value for the money, the containers are pretty good sized, it smells like coconut milk, and it has a watery texture just like freshly poured coconut milk should.
