Pennington 100085410 Bare Spot Repair Grass Seed, 1 lb.

Sorry it took so long to write this review. The product responded exactly as advertised. It was wonderful. I had paid a landscaper to fix a bare spot from a tree removal . It didn't work. I used the Pennington on that eyesore and a couple of others. We had the most beautiful lawn this summer with no eyesores or bare spots. It even made flawless coverage over some kind of metal box the city installed under our lawn.

worked great except for a 1 foot area, for some reason nothing came out of the soil so I might have to get a tad big more to kill in that area, but otherwise grew fast and grows fast I have to trim it each week. My cats love it :)

Came up faster and thicker than I expected.

Didn't work AT all, still had no grass grow in my hard spots, followed directions to the tee.

The grass sprouted within a few days in the south Florida heat and humidity. I bought a pound to fill in a small damaged area and it grew quickly and beautifully. Still have a few bare patches, but I expect the grass will spread quickly down here. Highly recommend for this region for patches.

I received a much smaller brown bag of seed. It’s not at all like the picture or past purchases. Complete waste of money. So disappointed.

This grass seed worked fine, but the sell it at Lowe's cheaper!

Needed to redo my lawn for new grass growth. The only thing I wish is that it matches the old grass as it grows really fast...need to mow every two weeks!
