Perfect extension.
I purchased as an extension tube for the drain line on the Opal 2.0 ice maker and it fits perfectly inside the main drain lines on the ice maker and drains great.

Ripoff!
This is only 5ft! When I pulled it out of the bag and looked at it I couldn't believe they actually sell this. This isn't even long enough for the distance between the bottom valve on the refrigerator to the top of the ice maker. I went to the Home Depot and bought a complete kit for $10 included the valve, connectors and 25 feet of tubing. Amazon should be ashamed for charging $5 for this. I rate this a zero.
