Slipped on stairs and had the worst busing I’ve ever seen. Bought this cream two days after and wish I’d had it from day one. The cooling gel really was so soothing on such a tender injury, the scent is very light and doesn’t linger too long. But most of all the darkest purple bruise ever was nearly invisible a week later. I only applied twice a day and could see the improvement each day. It’s worth the higher price tag than the kind you get at Boots - this cream is more concentrated so it really works well. Plus, my skin was never softer!!

After taking a tumble and dislocating my shoulder, I was left with horrible bruising where it had been relocated. Bought this gel and applied about three times a day and within a week the bruising had either gone or was significantly reduced. Light scent and easy to apply. Concentrated formula so worth the extra price tag. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

First time of trying this cream. It certainly helped my pain but didn’t stop it completely but I expect that’s a big ask anyway! Quite easily absorbed into the skin, pleasant odour that did stay for a while. I shall continue to use it though. Generally very pleased, thank you

I used this together with aloe Vera gel to massage my ring finger of which I had a nasty fall on the tarmac months ago and jotted the bone little bit sideway. I did not go to A&E at the time thinking it's a trivial injury. Months past and I still felt he joint of that finger was constantly in pain when stretch or bent. Got this arnica cream mixed with aloa Vera and regularly massage the joint has reduced the swelling and improved the movement. Happy to recommend this product!

I bought this as I bruise after cosmetic injections. First time I felt applied too late as ordered after the event. Second time I had my treatment I applied within hour, on morning bruise, second day dark bruise, third day even more prominent. Still applying through the day in the hope it is doing something.

Now don’t get me wrong, this isn’t the cheapest arnica out there.... and I was a little bit sceptical to say the least.I run...slowly.... and had aggravated whatever tendon runs down the outside of my right knee, it really knacked! Ice and the usual tablets kept swelling down but after 20 days the pain was still there.The mother in law recommended arnica, to be fair, I’d never heard of it, but did my research and it seemed to be proven. I put it on my knee for a week or so and even after a few days the tenderness had subsided. I can’t categorically say it was this cream that did it but it coincided.Anyway, it spreads well and I’ve loads left, smells fine and I’ll use again if/when needed.

This item arrived on time and was well packaged. This was a new product for me as it was suggested to me by a friend. I have not as yet used it, but hope that when I do, I will not be disappointed. I do know that arnica is well known as a trusty item in he field of alternative health care, so this gives me more trust in using it.
