Cheap and functional
So I built a workbench and wanted to oil and polish the top. This required 4 coats of danish oil and waxing daily for a week. Then once a month. Lot of elbow grease. I saw these and thought I would give them a try. Perfect for the job. I have a Dewalt cordless drill with a 5ah battery, set to the higher speed and the drill torque setting. I used one of the pads to apply the beeswax polish and another to buff. Perfect result in seconds. So for polishing furniture they are excellent. Haven't tried them on my car but see no reason they wouldnt work just fine.Oh and make sure you tighten the arbor into the pad before use. In my case I didnt the first time and because the drill has a brake on it, the chuck and arbor stopped and the pad spun off and raced off across the garage - much to my amusement!

Cheap buffing pads
As the title says cheap buffing pads. Easy to use. With wax be careful not to use too much pressure they will give an excellent shine. I bought these for use with Farecla G10 to save on elbow grease. In my drill at it's SLOWEST speed I turned it up two clicks for a bit more polishing effect. I would not recommend this over say a dedicated buffing machine, but for the price you cannot complain. The velcro holds the wool pad firmly in place.

Great buy if used correctly
Spot on! Had mixed thoughts after reading reviews. So long as you switch your power drill to turn anti clockwise (as you would to remove screws), it stays on every time without flying off. Great quality for price. No noticable shedding. Would buy again.

Slightly misleading
Slightly misleading. 5 pieces doesn’t refer to the quantity of buffer pads-you only get 3. 5 pieces includes the drill bit and the velcro attachment pad. That said, quality seems good, just disappointed there wasn’t 5 buffers

Different
I did not use it for car polishing, it was used, successfully, for polishing oak worksurfaces in my kitchen.I used Rustins Danish Oil, left it to thoroughly dry and then buffed it.Superb finish without a lot of elbow grease.

Fantastic Value Polishing Pads
I used the pads yesterday on a granite worktop I have on a garden table. Everthing seemed to work well and the price is very good indeed. I have only put 4 stars on durability as I have only used once but there was nothing fo suggest that they would not stand the test of time.

Not as good as I’d hoped
Fitted well to my drill and the Velcro held the pad in place but the pad struggled to buff up the wax on my car. Reverted to a microfibre cloth and elbow grease!
