This is one of the first palettes I wore when I started wearing make up. For years its been my go to base. Suddenly it vanished off shelves. I haven't been able to find it anywhere & trust me I looked. If its sold in stores its not in my area.Much to my delight, I found it on Amazon of course lol.The shades are exactly how I remember them. I kept an old palette to compare. Yep. Spot on.The palette is called Shimmering Sands. The original names of each shade were (from darkest to lightest): Satin Earth, Toasted Sand, & Sunkissed Sand.I love this palette! The shadows are in the pearl category, so they have a light reflecting shimmer with natural tones. They provide shade contouring & highlighting. I don't feel like I have makeup on when I wear them. I can dab more shadow on & make a more dramatic look as well.I have auburn hair, green/blue eyes & medium fair skin. This palette really brings out my eyes. They pop! I get tons of compliments on my makeup when I wear these shades.I'm not sure about the other reviews that say it doesn't last long or you can barely see the colors. For me they last. Today I've worn my makeup for 9 hrs & yup shadow is still in place & shimmering. I don't use any primer or anything. I just put it on directly. Perhaps its because of my fair skin I can see the colors more easily? I love the level of pigment. Not too intense. Its a natural vibe. Its fun to mix it up with darker colors & use them to highlight as well. Its a very versatile palette.I wasn't paid to write this. I just really love these shadows & I'm thrilled I found them & wanted to share my thoughts! Hope my reviews helps :)

Long lasting with a beautiful shimmer

I have been wearing this shade of eyeshadow for years and I haven’t been able to find this exact combination of colors lately. I have had to buy 2 or3 different ones to be able to get these exact colors. I don’t like doing that for one it’s too expensive and there was always some of the colors that would go to waste because I didn’t like them. I am thinking about buying a couple more so I don’t run out. The price is also good if I remember correctly it was more expensive in the store.

I have been reaching for this over my Urban Decay and Tarte eyeshadows lately. The pigmentation is good and the colors last all day with shadow primer (I use UD). I especially like the lighter colors as I find the darkest brown to be too light for a crease or liner color. The lightest pinkish-tan color is an amazing subtle highlighter. The taupe is beautiful shimmery color that goes great with everything.The colors are flattering, practical, subtle and I don't have to think about how to apply them which saves me time with my morning routine (my mornings are hectic: I need to get out house with two little kids and get them to the babysitter's/school and myself to work as close to on time as possible with a 30-45 min commute :) Anything that makes the morning go smoothly is much appreciated and this trio does it. I look better (I need my makeup), feel better about myself, and I don't have to worry about looking like a clown or choosing inappropriate or ridiculous color combos.I highly recommend that you try this trio!

Excellent eye make up

I have been wearing this exact eye shadow trio since I was in middle school. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to makeup. I really like these colors so I just stick with it. Anytime I try other colors I end up throwing them out so a few years ago I stopped buying another other eye shadow sine I knew I liked this one. I use the middle color and then when it runs out I mix the darkest and lightest together to basically make the color in the middle. I'm not really into makeup but I put it on before I go somewhere and unless I put it on really early in the morning and am out until really late at night, I don't notice it disappearing. My only issue with it is the last 2 palates I bought I had issues with the eye shadow wands and had to buy replacements. The foam pieces broke off of both ends within a few weeks of use. I use the same color every day and they last me several months so that is disappointing since I like the Cover Girl wands better than the generic ones I found.

Like the colors scheme of this Palette. It was a great price!

I use the darkest for my redhead eyebrows. Goes into eyebrow without looking drawn on skin. Stays all day in eyebrows and on eyelids. Blends well.

Great product! Excellent! Although it took a while from USA but worth waiting for! !
