I decided to celebrate spring by ordering a new flavor of tea. I am new to Sakura tea and decided to try this brand. It has a light taste of cherries and the aroma is also very light. I found I have to pop the water into the microwave and then steep it that way. I’ve always used the hot water dispenser on my water cooler for making hot teas. However, I tried it on this tea and found it needed to be much hotter to properly be infused with the tea. I enjoy this tea and I’ve always felt Harney & Sons make good quality teas.

I love this tea, it is my favorite tea of all time. I think it is a type of green tea and it smells and tastes like cherry blossom. A lot of teas do not taste very good, even the ones that smell like they’ll be good. I can’t even compare this to any other kind of tea I’ve had, but it’s light, and there’s no weird or bitter tastes, I drink this in the morning, at night, I don’t particularly like it as an iced tea because I think it waters down the wonderful taste, but I will drink it after brewing hot even when it is room temperature. I love it sososo much and hopefully you will too

Love this tea. Very mellow flavor, so smooth. I have trouble liking most green teas but this is very light and delicious. Love the little sachets too. Holds a lot of tea. Did I mention the container is very appealing and I leave it sitting out it’s so pretty. Thank you for a wonderful tea experience!

Good but not amazing flavor wise. Came in a beautiful tin! I like it better as an ice tea than as a hot tea.

Very nice and fragrant. Would definitely get it again as a tea drinker.

The tea itself is good and the tin is very nice. I bought it for the tin actually. It isn't made from cherry blossoms, it is green tea flavored with cherry and vanilla. The thing I hate is the bags which are plastic. I would buy tea from this company more often but I hate these plastic bags which are not healthy and also bad for the environment. Please change the bags to paper. Or no bags at all is okay. I actually cut all the bags open and put the tea in a jar.

Ok, first of all, the tin is gorgeous. Love. And, the tea is delicious. But, the flavor is so very delicate that it's almost non-existent. Don't even think about using tap water. If you don't brew this with filtered or bottled water, the flavor will be completely lost.Secondly, steep for 3 minutes? They can't even be serious with this. At three minutes into the steep my water is barely tinted hot water. At 5 minutes, it starts to taste like the most delicate tea in the universe. After a 10 minute steep, it starts to taste like green tea with a delicate floral note. The flavor is quite lovely. But, it's so extremely muted. I can't even imagine drinking this with breakfast. You'll never taste it. It might work with a sugar cookie or shortbread biscuit. But, that's about it.Thirdly, 2 cups of tea?? In what universe?? Each sachet will barely make 7-8 ounces of tea and not one drop more. The only way you're getting 2 cups of tea would be using 2 child-sized tea party 3.5 ounce cups.If you like very very delicate teas... like a white tea. You'll love this. It would be lovely with a little bite of shortbread or maybe a buttered scone. But, strong flavors will completely bury this tea.
