I am a breast cancer patient. After surgery, one of my breasts is a full cup size smaller than the other. Until I finish treatment and have reconstructive surgery, I have to “stuff” my bra for symmetry. These are the best because I can wear them with my swimsuit, it’s breathable, and doesn’t irritate my skin when wearing it. So I wear one, and wash the other, very convenient. The fact that they’re affordable makes them even better.

While they do enhance the appearance of my breasts, I didn't see a significant difference in size, which was my primary expectation. This could be due to my size, as I am a B34. I wonder if they would be more effective for someone with a smaller cup size.To achieve a more noticeable increase, I might consider buying a larger size of the inserts next time. Additionally, it's important to note that these inserts might not be a substitute for surgical enhancement if one desires a drastic change in size.In conclusion, the Yofidra Silicone Bra Inserts and Breast Enhancers are excellent for providing a push-up effect and firmness. I really don't know what apparel this is good for - seemed like it would add something. They are heavy and difficult for me to find the right placement.

I ordered these for a friend who has an asymmetry and she is using only one of these and is very pleased with it.

These worked so good in my swim suit and even under some bra tops. Gave a little extra oomph and had a nice grip. I trimmed the edges of mine with scissors to fit the size of my swim top. Made my size A/B’s look good and have a bit of cleavage.

Because they do not provide a warning with the product, I'll give it to you here. Do not wear these for longer than a few hours. The holes in them are great for airflow and flexibility, but the material presses against your skin, causing it to bubble into the holes and blisters will form.This may not be the case for every breast shape or bra style, but as a DDD whose breast shape requires inserts for full support, I need inserts that I can wear all day, every day. These were not it. I'm sure they're fantastic for swimwear or a night out, but be warned. I wish I had been. Seeing dozens of tiny blisters as I peeled the silicone away from my breast was NOT FUN.On another note, these are self-adhesive, which is nice. They stick to you, rather than the bra, which means you can reposition as you see fit. If they stop being sticky, wash them with skin-safe soap and water. Once dry, they will be sticky again.But still, don't wear them all day or every day. Wouldn't have bought these if I had known they were going to injure me.

Just what I needed to add a little something to a dress that has a bustier underwire top,and also will use with a top that is a bustier.I'm a 34 B and will use these to add a little something -fill out the top and the dress-without the need for a bra.Great quality. I see myself buying more in the future.Comfortable too!
