This tea is part of my evening ritual. It truly is the only way that I get a good night's sleep. There is no hang over drowsy feeling in the morning. All natural ingredients. The catnip makes it awesome, I love the flavor and aroma of the tea. For me, this product is amazing!

I wanted a tea that I could have in the evening without worrying that it would keep me awake. I got this tea as a Christmas gift, and it was so good I had to track it down and buy more! Herbal but not weedy. I use Splenda to sweeten and it's perfect for my evening cuppa! (Shipping took a little while, though.)

The whole family loves the Serene Slumber Tea. It is great for drinking in the evening, when we all need to relax and unwind. It’s natural and full of flavor.

It works well and works quickly. The Flavor and taste are pleasing and calming. I don’t add sugar or honey to herbal teas because I want a full herbal experience and also want my body chemistry to have a pure and direct herbal experience without interference of anything else. Tea truly can be zen.

Crispy fresh taste...and definitely helps with bloating and water weight gain...flushes it out comfortably. I just wish they would work on the bag design...you have to be very careful opening the package to get the teabag out, and even more careful pulling the string to hang in your cup...it easily rips the thin bag and then you have a mess. But it is a great product

I have only tried this 2 times but it did seem to relax me and I was able to sleep.

This tea is truly enjoyable. The aroma and flavor relax you immediately.
