Good value for the money and I can tell that I’m more focused and not so forgetful.Easy to swallow, and I like the fact that they are natural.

I believe this is one of the best out there to improve brain function...though only tried one other..

As I get older, I am frustrated that my thinking isn’t as clear as I would like. This product is excellent. The user is instructed to take two each day. I’m a frugal person, so I cut the dose to one pill a day. Bad idea. Two is needed for optimum results.

Been using Host Defense "Brain" supplement for over a year now. The combination of mycobotanicals really works! I've tried a few different "mushroom complex" supplements over the years and this one is by far the cream of the crop!!! And it's not even close!! ........ Once it took effect it was a beyond noticeable feeling of focus + calm in my brain and thoughts.
