I ordered these thinking they'd be softer- they're softer than a normal loofah but still hurts in certain places when I use them. Especially under the arms.Still a great and large loofah sponge, I mainly use it for my feet! For that, for me? I'd probably buy it again. Doesn't hurt at all and really helps, great if your man has smelly feet I'd expect.I gave one away as a present as well and she ended up loving it. I just have really sensitive skin.Oh, and worth mentioning that the knot to hang dry it is reeeeeally small, as well as expect it to untie itself after it gets wet a few times.

Upon first opening I thought the sponge a little off, however, after wetting and applying body wash it developed its full size. I would use about half the body wash you normally would and add more as needed as this is a very dense sponge that really lathers the soap. If you have KP you need light daily exfoliation, and moisture. This gives a gentle but firm exfoliation and I personally like it better than a plastic nylon loofah. Make sure you really rinse this thing out and wring it out to avoid mold and moisture and hang to dry when not in use. For me I have to hold it up all the way into the shower head for a bit but I don’t mind.

I've had these sponges and I've used them for about a month now. Overall, not too bad.1. The string to hang it from is embedded through the upper third of the thing, so it's not going to rip out like my stupid loofah did.2. Holds soap reasonably well. I use less soap with this sponge than I did with the loofah.3. Is reasonably soft.4. Is reasonably cheap.5. After a month, it seems to be holding up pretty well. You should replace something like this a few times a year anyway, so it's basically 1/3 through its life span and seems to be holding up rather well. I suspect it'll be time to discard it before it actually breaks down.6. Two comes in the pack, so I have about 6-9 months worth of sponge here.Neutral1. Takes a bit to rinse out. It holds soap REALLY well so you gotta squish it down several times to get all the water out. It takes 2-3 minutes of wringing it out over and over, but it does rinse clean eventually.Cons1. It takes a few showers to "break this thing in". It was a bit rough on the skin my first few times, but now it feels like any old sponge. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't like painful or anything like that, but it definitely eases up a bit after the first few uses.Anyway, would buy again. No real problems with them or anything and it serves the function it was created to serve.

A slightly rougher sponge that exfoliate while it cleans. Very nice; will buy again.

I only used it a few times so far. I wasn't overly impressed. It's a sponge. It is a good large size. It foamed up the liquid soap well enough.The colors are a bit drab. I think I still would prefer a scrunchy. It was worth a try.

These are the best body bath sponges I’ve ever used. I’ve reordered these at least a half dozen times. They don’t fall apart with constant use. I definitely would recommend.

These sponges are full soft and more than I expected them to be for the price. Glad I bought a few.

I've tried loafah's, and some insanely expensive scrubbers from Casamera, but I like these best. They are affordable, they soap-up nicely, and they exfoliate your skin nicely. It look me a little while to get used to them, because at first they seemed pretty "rough" relative to the others, but after a while I've come to like the roughness and what it does to my skin. Recommended! I've already ordered more.
