Every household needs a bottle of these. Whenever I feel ANYTHING coming on, if everyone around you at work is coughing and sniffling, if the weather has you down, take these. I don’t take them all year round, only on those occasions, and they really do help shorten colds and viruses, if not totally boost you so you don’t get sick at all. I’ve been using them for years, and they seem to be of consistent quality. A couple of years ago, I was coming down with something awful. My boyfriend gave me some of these, and the relief was almost instantaneous. A month ago, I had a similar experience. I woke up at 4 a.m. with a very sore throat, headache, congestion, and felt like I was coming down with a very bad cold/flu that had been going around my office. My boyfriend to the rescue again. I had forgotten about this product. He brought me some more. I took it, and by the end of the day, I felt normal again. The results were so immediate, and the difference in how I felt so dramatic, that I told the sick people at work about it and got about nine orders for the stuff, all of which I purchased on Amazon from Vitacost. What a tremendous product!***It does have trace amounts of soy in the capsule material, though, so if you're allergic to soy or taking a medicine that does not allow you to have even trace amounts of soy, you may not be able to use the product.

Since using this product all throughout covid living with someone who did not take precautions I have not contacted the virus or any illness. Unlike other products the ingredients in Irwin are tested to make sure what's in there is what it says. I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. and I have not gotten sick one time I was purchasing this from a nutrition store prior to Amazon.Been using it for about a year. I also take other supplements but this is the main immunity one I use and will continue to do so. Highly recommended there is an even more advanced version recommended for healthcare professionals not sure if that one is available on Amazon but it was where I bought it originally.

They seem to be working well through the flu season. I believe that these have prevented me from getting the flu that many around me did get.I gave this four stars, because you actually need to take several per/day for them to be effective. So one bottle does not last long.I did order more :)

Irwin makes a great line of supplements and Immuno-Shield is my go-to when my immune system needs a boost.The problem is that even all the brick-and-mortar stores which carry Irwin supplements don't carry Immuno-Shield.So glad to have found it on Amazon and at a great price!

I ordered this and realized that you have to take 6 a day and I can not digest that many. I tried to return but it is a "not returnable" item. I never thought to check that as an option when I ordered. SO misleading
