Keep my bones healthy
I've had a few falls -- but thankfully no broken bones and I take this EVERY DAY so who can say if that's the reason my bones are strong over 60? But I buy and rebuy this so 10/10.

Osteocare - Highly Recommened
I started to take these tablets because I have osteopenia and osteoarthritis, I cannot tell if they have helped with either of those without a scan, however judging by my new very strong nails I am very hopeful. I’ve always had weak nails but now they are growing and are really strong for the first time ever.

Calcium tablets
Been taking these tablets for years. As you get older especially you need more calcium. Older people are more prone to fractures etc.I bought one packet initally to see how long the expiry date was.I collected my parcel today .Pleased to say the expiry date was 2026. A long expiry date is imprtant to me. I have just ordered another 4 boxes.The calicum tablet itself is white and oblong shape. I have no issue swallowing it. It could easily be broke in half if people find a large tablet to difficult to swallow.I do recommend this product. My whole family take it.Such fast service order a further 4 and collected them today. Very impressed with this product as I said before the tablets have a long expiry date. I shall certainly shop here again when I run out.Ordered 6 more boxes 2025 very impressed with long expiry date
