I’ve taken it for a few days now and it’s already working wonders. Just what my body needed.

I will start by saying that in general I have to be very very careful with probiotics, as I am immune deficient in some regard, and also have an autoimmune condition (IBD) that arose as a result of the deficiency. I absolutely can only tolerate ‘histamine reducing’ or histamine neutral’ strains of probiotics or my immune system goes nuts and triggers digestive and skin flare ups...My two favorite strains of lactobacillus in the ‘histamine reducing’ category are lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus plantarum. Neither of these strains send my highly sensitive system into a tailspin, both help with inflammation, mood, energy, skin, allergies, sleep, digestion...the list goes on and on.The reason that I prefer and absolutely love this product (lactobacillus rhamnosus) is that it regulates my digestion better than lactobacillus plantarum, all other benefits seeming fairly similar. I’ve had digestive issues since I was a child, but they really took off at the age of 18 (20 years ago). In all of these last 20 years I have never managed to get my digestion under control no matter the meds and specialists and extreme treatments. It was literally wrecking my life in so many ways. I almost dreaded every next day, just from the unpredictability of how I would be feeling...and this was despite closely managing my diet and lifestyle for years and years now.I can honestly say that since I’ve started taking this probiotic, I feel normal the first time in 20 years. I am getting my life back. I don’t even know what to do with the free time I’m no longer spending dealing with my flare ups, but you better believe I’m going to do some fun things!I have used other brands of lactobacillus rhamnosus in the past without the same positive effects as this one, and I believe it was because most come in much lower doses. This 10 billion CFU seems to do the trick! I actually take 2/day. Once in morning, once at night.As a side note- I am a very small person as it is, but I started losing weight on these pretty quickly too. I have to assume it is from proper digestion and the overall reduction of inflammation happening in my body now.

Why do they say take with food. The medical experts I’ve spoke with say it’s best 30 min before meals or at bedtimeIf this is stomach acid resistant than taking it without food would be more beneficial I’d thinkKlaipeda has a 20 bil CFU taken once a day. I’m trying Allergy Research combo product called Lactobacillus. Both these products are cold shipped and subject to damage from heat. So far I don’t notice any real change with advanced daily biotic. When a probiotic works for me I get gas that passes quickly and feel relief. Anyone else tried any other brands of L rhamnosus or L plantarum. With good results. I’m using it for SIBO

The probiotic I was taking did not contain what this one does. This is the one that fights the odd bacteria I had in my gut! Much better!

I bought this product once before this and I was happy with it. When I purchased this time I was given limited pickup spots. The one I chose ended up being in the sun and very warm. This product is supposed to be kept in a cool dry place. Why can't they just deliver to my home? I have not used the product yet, but I hope having it stored in a warm place for about 24 hours will not harm the product.

I bought this about 3 weeks in hopes it would heal my gut health. I have Histamine Intolerance and can only use low histamine probiotics. I was happy to find this probiotic after spending a lot of time trying to find one. It was fine the first week, 1 capsule per day per the dosage on the bottle. But after being on this probiotic for a while now, it’s making me sick; stomach pain, nausea & diarrhea all day long. I stopped taking this probiotic a couple days ago. I feel better now not taking this probiotic than I did when I was on it. Please be careful if you are Histamine Intolerant. While this is a low histamine probiotic/low bacteria strain, it did nothing for me other than make me more sick.

I bought this product a little over a month ago now I believe, and I bought these specifically because they contain lactobacillus rhamnosus, which I had read is proven to help burn fat and shrink waist circumference. I can safely say, as someone who religiously cheats on a “1200” calorie diet, and isn’t consistently working out, they are doing exactly that. I do wear a waist trainer almost every day of the week and today I noticed I was able to move my waist trainer buckle almost all the way to the left side of my body(it’s a Velcro so I can’t measure notches). 2 weeks ago I couldn’t hardly get it to snap in the center where it meets (insert screaming crying emoji **passes out thinking about it). I go walking almost every day but I don’t do any weight/cardio training or anything. I drink a lot of water and have a decent amount of fruits and veggies in my diet but other than that, I’d have to give credit to this product. Aside from the health benefits associated with taking a probiotic, visibly losing fat without much effort is always a plus right?
