Excellent value!
It's a high quality product. But it's supplement, it's not meant to taste good. It's meant to improve your health. Definitely put it in lemonade, a morning smoothie, or something that can ameliorate the taste, if that's something that concerns you.Why people would review it poorly because it tastes bad is like criticizing somebody who saves your life because you don't like their ear color. People!

A little hard to take at first
This powder is very astringent. I wasn't sure if I was gonna be able to keep it and still use it. But after about three glasses, I started to get used to it. I'm glad I did because if I mix this with orange juice, it's a real pick me up, the kind where you get energy, but you don't get a buzz. I've used pychnogenal in capsule form for years, and it feels like it just brightens things up. This powder is even better than the capsules and its a lot cheaper too.

A well researched antiaging powerhouse.
A great product with a fantastic price. The flavor is very strong so be aware.

Bitter
Super bitter I take for asthma, and nutrients. Mix in chocolate milk shake, or take in capsule.

My God, this is bitter! Perfect for Iced Mocha Coffee.
Better tasting than other brands. Better dissolving in water or milk based mixtures. If you are used to water, or milk, and drink coffee, and find it bitter, this thing is like double as bitter!Looks like cacao powder, tastes so bad that you'll need to swirl 2 mouthful of milk to take the flavor of a tip of a finger away.My personal recipe is Chocolate/Coconut/coffee drink.Mixing 1/2-3/4 teaspoon in a small canister (taking up less than 1% of the mix) with 1/2 can milk powder, 1/8 can instant coffee, 1/4th of chocolate powder, and the remaining dried coconut or CaCafe coconut-green tea mixture.A very potent, but lovely mixture that gets diluted with water into about 15-20 cups (a ~10 day supply).I go by flavor, not to make the bark overpowering it is only a small percentage of the complete mixture, and complements the coffee (gives it a bit of a bite). This powder mainly floats on top of a drink.I find it better tasting and feeling than bulkSupplements, and will continue to be buying from here!I just wished they had larger sizes.I go through a bag every 2 to 3 weeks!

This is awful!
Tastes like it was locked in a moth ball filled granny cabinet for decades and did nothing for me! I had to take so much of this and gagged everytime. Yuck! Just don't with this one.

Excellent Packaging
Excellent packaging and in theory a safer bet over pills or capsules.

Pine bark powder with no fillers or additives, strong antioxidant
This is a bag with finely ground pine bark powder, organic and additive free. Pine bark powder is a potent antioxidant with a strong taste, so you will want to mix it in a liquid with something that makes it more palatable. Taking the powder from the bag can be messy (pine bark dust can spill or get in the air), so I would prefer a plastic bottle type container. Otherwise I like this powder and would recommend it as a less expensive alternative to getting capsules.
