Cannot fault the roller, very sturdy and good quality. The ball is also good but is very slippery on flooring. You will need to put some kind of mat/towel on the floor. I would advise avoiding using the ball on carpet as the spikes leave marks. Most importantly, they have massively helped to reduce foot pain!

I bought this as a gift, so I can't comment on its use. It looks great and it appears to be of good quality. Also good value for the price. Nice colour too, well packed and delivered next day. Very pleased.

Solid and works great
Both of these are really sturdy and work really well.I bought a similar kit before but they were really soft underfoot and didn't dig in enough to feel like they were working.Didn't get in to the muscles enough to get any relief.These are solid, and really sharp so you feel them getting into the muscles in your foot.
