Danilo Kvas Pohmilny, 70.55-Ounce Plastic Bottle (Pack of 6)

Not sweet like the other kvass(es) that I have had... Love it and will freely admit to being a kvassaholic now!

I have been trying to get a decent bread kwas for ages, as I can't find a place that sells it near where I live. I've tried plenty of these mass-produced non-fermented kwas, and while none of them will ever be as good as the proper yeast-y fermented stuff that will blow up in your fridge if you leave it closed too long, this is the best of the non-fermented stuff I have tried. It's a little sweet for my tastes, a little less sour than I'd like, but the spice mixture is there. It has a lot of raisin flavour, but I enjoy that. It's decent, but don't expect it to be the good fermented stuff you can get it Eastern Europe.
