They definitely work for mood (depression) and libido but not so much energy for me. I feel good and my husband is more than happy lol. Not to mention they taste great. Almost done with one bottle. Will be buy another ASAP.

For some reason, ever since I started taking these I've always only took them at nighttime. I see other reviews say how they help them during the day time with mood/anxiety. I will try that next time because I only take these for sleep. They make me sleep soooo good! I take 2 right before bed and I'm out all night. They work just like melatonin, actually I think they're better. These take about 15-20 mins to actually kick in and put me to sleep. I just finished the bottle definitely ordering more! And they taste great! The pepper isn't too overwhelming, I actually like a little kick :)

Pleasantly surprised with this product. It doesn’t seem to help me get to sleep, but once I get to sleep I sleep much more soundly and with fewer interruptions. Taste is good, texture is good.

Okay, so I decided to give these a try after learning about ashwagandha and a few other ingredients in these gummies. I'm glad I did. For 15 years I have had problems with picking at my skin and nails to the point where it has effected my life. Some days I would spend hours doing it. Nothing I tried helped me to stop, I thought there was nothing that could be done. Since I've been taking these gummies, my urge to pick has decreased about at least 90% I'd say. I'm amazed and SO thankful. This was a completely unexpected benifit from these gummies. They haven't disappointed.Other than the unexpected benefit, I would say they do as they're advertised to do. I have noticed a difference in mood and anxiousness. I'm definitely more relaxed without feeling foggy. Plus, the flavor is delicious.

La primera que me comí me dió sueño y fue de día (solo esa vez), después me la tomaba en la noche; pero empecé a tener días de mucho estrés y empecé a tomarlas también en el día y me ayudó muchísimo me proporcionó energía y me calmo bastante. Compruebo que en el día las gomitas te dan energía y en la noche te ayuda a descansar es muy buena para las personas que vivimos bajo mucho estrés.

Just trying them out, so I cannot review effectiveness or side. The flavor just isn’t for me though. They almost taste sour. Edible but not enjoyable. Probably won’t buy again.

Have ordered these multiple times now. I take 2 every night before bed. These personally help me relax at night and the ingredient list is pretty robust compared to other brands. I have tried about 5 brands now and these are my favorite.

I got this at first cause I was taking the goil ashwagandha and that was getting to be a lot.So I see this and I said I would give it a try and after one week I could not believe how much better this stuff helped me.My sleep got a lot better I have more energy and best of all my sex drive came back.this stuff saved my sex life and my marriage.I was having problems with even wanting to have sex and this stuff just boosted my sex drive I am different going to be getting this again.if you having the same problem give it a shot and it tastes good too.
