I bought this to help me fall asleep easier and in general improve my overall sleep and it works.My muscles feel a bit better as well after a gym session, ever since I started using this product, which I was not expecting as I bought it mainly for my sleep.I have been mixing it with juice to mask the natural strong flavour of magnesium.

I have not noticed any benefits from the product as yet but it will probably take some time. I liked that the instructions were clear and readable

I have tried other magnesiums but can't use a proper dose because they cause me digestive issues, this one doesn't have that problem so buying again

When i first used it I wasn’t sure whether it was broken or not as i shook the bottle nothing moved around. However it became apparent that the other half was stuck in the bottle and eventually got loose.

Absolutely love this stuff!!! Tastes awful but have diluting juice beside me for straight after. The difference in pain is outstanding and have been able to lower nasty pharmaceuticals due to this!!!

I wanted to try this way of taking Magnesium , drops can be a very convenient way to get your minerals without needing to swallow capsules or mix powders.The liquid comes in a dark blue glass bottle with a dropper lid.Suggested dosage is from 1ml up to 4ml . A 1ml amount is one full dropper .There are 118ml in the whole bottle so you have between 118 and 30 ish days worth depending on your preferred dose.In use ...You must take these with either a strongly flavoured food , strongly flavoured ,or a lot of juice it so it is well diluted .They taste massively salty and bitter on their own(I tried).A full dropper needs a large glass of water to mask the taste .I was able to drop some into a curry and it wasn't noticeable .It wont work with sweet foods if you use 4ml in one go, its too contrasting in flavour for the whole 4mlThe contents are described on the label as :Concentrated Sea water from the Salt lake in Utah.Containing Magnesium, Sulphate, Sodium, potassium, Boron and lithiumIF you are expecting, breastfeeding, taking meds or under medical supervision, then check first with the doctor before taking.No known Allergens.I probably wont get these a second time due to their flavour limiting which things they can be added to.
