I started cutting my own hair and this had been a big help. It does not fit bigger heads very well as it creates a curve in the guide line in the front of your head. But I am able to easily straighten it back once I remove this. But overall good quality and functions well.

I purchased this product to assist in cutting my own hair. This product helps me create a perfect line to use and follow as a guide in fading my hair without making uneven awkward guidelines. As most who cut their own hair know, it’s important that first guideline be flawless because the rest of the guidelines will follow in order to give yourself a professional looking haircut. This product makes it easier for anyone cutting their own hair using mirrors to follow the lines as you go. I usually use this product for about 3 - 4 lines, anything more than that gets difficult because it becomes too loose towards the top of the head. At this point my guidelines are already established perfectly and depending if I start with a zero blade is how I establish how many lines I’m going to use this guide. I usually start with a zero, to a fully open no guard, to a fully open 1 guard, and a fully open 1 1/2 guard to establish my guidelines with this product.
