Love them. They definitely increased my milk supply. My deep freezer stash was so full I stopped eating them. Now I’m reordering because my baby has an increased in his appetite and now drinks 8oz of milk which caused me to use my stash which was a life savior for the days I couldn’t pump as much or was just exhausted from day load. 10/10 recommendations to any mama trying to get her supply up these are delicious and great and you get a bunch of mini cookies.

Love, love, LOVE these as a first time mom. They definitely assisted with production i saw an increase within 24 hours. So very effective. They also taste very good, they are about the size of mini cookies and texture of famous Amos cookies, they were not stale. They are not too hard and not super soft. I enjoyed them so much, i ordered the bigger bag within a week.

It taste super yummy. The cookies are kinda hard, and they arrived all broken up. I’ve gotten maybe 4 full cookies. BUT!, it does help with lactation, which is the point of buying it, so the broken cookies only matters a bit, cause it says to eat 6 cookies per day, but it’s hard when you have broken ones.

I love these cookies. I first bought a small bag at CVS, and I saw a fairly noticeable difference in my milk output. I am an underproducer, and while these aren't a magic fix, I do think that they work/help. They taste good, kind of like an off-brand chips ahoy. They are very dry and fairly crunchy, but they don't hurt your teeth to bite into or anything. I'd say they do their job, and they don't taste weird. They're small and convenient to bring as a snack

Absolutely delicious! I would wake up so tired and hungry during the first few weeks with my newborn. The last thing I wanted to do was make breakfast so instead I would put these cookies into ziplock baggies and have them ready at my bedside for the morning cravings. These put a smile on my face and helped me with my milk supply. Definitely less expensive than the other lactation cookie options.

First of all the cookies come packaged very poorly and half of them were in crumbles when it arrived at my home.They taste like they’ve been sitting on a shelf for a very long time and I can’t tolerate it.I tried to put my tastes buds to the side and test the product to see if it’d actually help my milk production because I really needed it to, but unfortunately it did NOT.Just nasty and useless. Don’t waste your moneySo far the only thing that’s actually worked for me is making a cup of chamomile tea before bed with TWO tea bags. Drink the tea and then place the tea bags in your bra over your ni**les.By the middle of the first night I had to wake up and up desperately. I went from only getting 1-2oz combined to 6oz literally OVERNIGHT!!!Please just try that and not these cookies. The tea taste like nothing and it’s also much cheaper.If you still buy these cookies after reading this review then you just BIG AND HUNGRY!!!

I really like these cookies! I’m 4 months postpartum and exclusively pumping and I’ve gone through a few bags now. It seems like when I am really consistent about eating them every day I do notice an increase in my milk supply. They taste really good and I like to have them as my late snack because they satisfy my chocolate craving, but are decently filling and I feel good about eating them to help with breastfeeding. I was skeptical when I first tried them but now I’ve started to crave them at the end of each day! I just wish they weren’t so expensive because it is easy to go through them quickly. I bought a lot of bags with my registry completion discount before it expired! They do occasionally arrive broken up from shipping but the broken pieces taste just as good.
