This arrived within a day. The neck pain kept me up at night and after using this for 10 minute- session, I could sleep through the night. Although I had stiff neck in the morning, I am glad I can at least get a good night sleep. It says you can only use 10 min at a time and 30 min max (so 3 times). I incorporating breaks during my work 2/day for a break from monitors and relaxing the neck. I thought about getting the heating and vibrating one, but this support alone does the trick. Strongly recommended.

I was waking up with neck pain almost daily.I see a chiropractor for several issues and I asked him about the cervical stretcher. He said to go ahead and try it . "It should help." He said to ease into it, with just a few minutes a day.My personal trainer also showed me a few neck exercises and stretches to do in addition to the cervical stretcher.I am very happy now because my neck issues are totally under control with using the neck stretcher for 5 min once or twice a day.I would also recommend that you watch some of the instructional videos. Amazon indicates that this item is often returned. I think this is because people do not use it properly.

Got for my wife. She said it hurts her neck. She has arthritis in her neck. She stated that it was very uncomfortable and it hurt her neck after each use. So, it didn’t work for us.

It was bought to help relieve tension I have been having in the back of my neck. It seems to be helping me ease the tension in my neck as I am laying down.

I sit at a computer all day and sometime my neck gets stiff from poor posture. It worked ok, but isn't anything amazing.
