Didn't even need to cut it, fit in snuggly.Expected it to have torn by now but it's pretty good. The edges have frayed slightly near the balls of the feet but that's pure aesthetic for now and honestly if I had bothered to cut it half a size it wouldn't have mattered anyway.The gel at the sole is actually bigger than the one inside my gel rocket 11 so that's a plus. Can definitely feel a renewed bounce that's for sure.Great value for the price.

Good supporting insole. Using in sport shoes. Thought that they would take getting used to but no problems from day one.

Bought these for my work shoes as they essentially had no insoles and were painful to wear for long periods of time. After putting these in my feet never hurt after a day of work.

Theses are good insoles which adsorb pressure from activities. However, due to the slight lip on the side of the insole it could become uncomfortable in some situations. I have found that if I have the insole that came with my shoe on top of this insole you still get most of the added benefits apart from the oder shield. I also have other insole from this company which I do prefer.

Unusable and not suitable for serious active sports. Amazon refused to accept return after test fitting them. Illegally saying I'm unable to get a refund. Consumer rights act 2015 states I'm entitled to a refund. Took legal action, got my money back.Don't let Amazon let you think they can refuse a refund for things when there is literally a law to say you can.You also don't need to provide ID to get a refund 250+ emails from them stating I needed ID to get a refund, WRONG!
