Excellent product!
This is perfect for our requirements. The compartments are large enough to hold several tablets/capsules. We needed one big enough to hold several small tablets and a large round tablet which got wedged in the smaller pill organisers. It is easy to use as it is clearly marked, the lids on each compartment were a little stiff to begin with but eased quickly and are manageable for my 93 year old mother. Each daily block is easily removed from the frame and can be taken into the lounge with you or popped into your bag to take with you on days out. I thoroughly recommend this product for its quality, usability and value.

Great Organiser.
When I was looking around, I specifically wanted a large organiser; I have quite a few medications and some tablets themselves are quite large. This item is perfect - it's larger than I expected even, much better! Everything fits and the compartment lids are sturdy enough that I don't have any concern that they'll pop open and everything will fall out. People with weaker grips may need a little help opening them, but opening and closing a few times to loosen them up may help - something to keep an eye on as I've only just got mine.Each day pops out easily if you need to go out for a day or two (if you're like me and have many hospital trips with lots of traveling involved, this is perfect), though they're not so loose that if you hold the whole organiser upside down they fall out. Another thing to note is that if somehow you pull out more than one day, you won't get muddled as each separate box has the day written at the top. Great for my extreme clumsiness and forgetfulness!Overall this is a brilliant organiser, I would recommend this product to all who need one.

Excellent - despite the plastic hinges this object feels well made and robust enough for its purpose. I bought one for myself and one for my mother - we can now sit down together once a week and sort out a whole week's worth of tablets in one go. No more anxiety about whether or not a dose was taken - no more accidental double doses. It also helps with the monitoring of supplies - if you do a whole week's worth at once you can get useful warning if the tablets are due to run out. But I would also advise using a spreadsheet for a regular drugs audit if like us you are taking industrial quantities of the pesky tablets.There are neat slots in the tray to help prise out the daily boxes which is a small yet thoughtful design element. My only criticism is that opening the little boxes is a bit fiddly and not ideal for an elderly person with diminished eyesight and awkward fingers.The package arrived promptly. Thanks for a product that saves time and diminishes worry.

Excellent large pill organiser.
I bought this pill organiser to replace one with a polythene front with boxes behind it. This box is very sturdy and is likely to last a long time. I like the access from behind when putting in a week's supply of medication. As indicated when I bought it, this item is much bigger than most dosette boxes, but that suits me because I take a large number of medications. Those of only a few medications may want a smaller box, but this box may suit them because of its clarity of labelling. I also bought a smaller box for travel, perhaps too small but I'll find out on my next holiday.

HANDY, FLEXIBLE AND VERY USEFUL
I ordered this pill organiser a while back after I unexpectedly had to star t taking such a volume of pills I struggled to keep track of them. With this organiser all I need to do is fill it up once a week and the rest of the time I just need to remember to take the pills. Makes it alot easier to handle than trying to remember every time I'm due a dose as to which ones I'm meant to have. Also the fact you can take each days pills out the box separately makes it even more convenient when I have to go out for the day or part of a day for any reason as I can just take my pills with me without any hassle. I definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a pill organiser that is also flexible for travel.

Extremely Large doset boxes (1 week only)
I'm giving this product a three star review.I typed into Amazon's search 28 day doset box (4 weeks)So for the price, I was expecting exactly that. Please note, these are exceptionally large. I take several pills at various stages of the day. But even so, it's even on large side for me.So beware...Also, I'm a 35 - 40 year old male, and each box is very hard to open. Meaning; Great! In case there are child/ren around.But incredibly frustrating and time consuming opening each section of the day.Each day is clearly marked, so ideal for those with visual impairment.Well made, strong and robust.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I already have several 'small' and inferior versions of these which I bought from a shop in town which sells very cheap items, but as I take quite a lot of medication every day and some of the pills are quite large, I was finding that the pills that I needed for one 'sitting' didn't fit into one compartment, and also that the lids never closed properly on the cheap ones. So for a while now I have been looking for something like this - this is just what I wanted! The compartments are big enough to hold all the meds that I take and more, and the lids shut nice and firmly (I know that some people have complained about them being too tight, but I think they are just right). I ordered two of these so I can fill them up a fortnight ahead, and I pop out each day's box and put it in my handbag when I go to work. Perfect!
