I’m not sure what I expected as I bought these based on a friend’s recommendation. She told me to try Astaxanthin because it is a well-rounded supplement for both beauty/skin care and wellness/endurance; Since I'm getting older I'm getting more and more interested in taking care of my skin/nails/hair and she reassured me this supplement will work. Taste is awful
I really wanted to love this product but the taste is terrible. Couldn't tolerate even one. I see other reviews claiming the taste is bad. Believe them; they are correct.

Tastes like grapes, 24 MG dose
Tastes good, with a slightly bitter ending which I don't mind. Most supplements do 12 MG astaxanthin, but I wanted a decent dose of this broad spectrum health and vanity supplement.My husband likes gummies more than pills, so he is more likely to take his daily dose. Be sure to take these with fatty food to ensure the astaxanthin gets absorbed into your body, since astaxanthin is fat soluble. The resveratrol is also a nice addition.
