Amazing product!
Lately, I’ve been having issues with my back and tight hamstrings, especially when I play football. I’d often feel my hamstring pulling mid-game and end up switching to goalkeeper just to make it through.But ever since I started using the FX FFEXS foam roller about two weeks ago, it’s made a huge difference. I use it before and after games, and the muscle tightness has noticeably reduced. I can now play a full 90 minutes without having to sub out or switch positions!The roller is firm with just the right amount of pressure, and the textured surface really helps dig into sore spots. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and feels super solid.If you’ve got muscle tightness or back pain, this foam roller is absolutely worth it. It’s honestly been a lifesaver for my football sessions!Highly recommended!

Great roller
Great roller - built well - excellent for rolling out those niggles & tightness within the muscles. This roller is particularly good & the main reason I bought it because it has the variation on top of the roller - smooth & bumpy which is ideal for different parts of the body.

Firm roller for exercises
Although I found this roller had a hard surface, it was an easy to use for physio exercises. It is very solid, reasonably priced and comes in a range of attractive colours.

Very good item
Very good quality item, one of the best rollers i've ever used. The ridges really get to those areas in your legs which are tight and need to be rolled out. The price was also very good value for money.

Foam Roller Not Strong Enough
The item looks trendy and cool but there's no strength to it. Sturdiness relies on a circular roll of perspex inside the foam rubber outer. It feels like it would be nice to use but the perspex shattered on first use. Returned for refund.

Not very sturdy
It was doing well for a while, but after 6 months of usage the insider layer got broken and it makes a horrible sound when I roll on it.Sturdiness:Bad

Very good product
Great roller for aiding in recovery and activation! Can easily fit into a matchday bag or rucksack and can help reduce any soreness.

Stops me sounding like I'm 80 when I get out of a chair
30 seconds on this thing and I can tell the difference for the rest of the day, or if I haven't used it, especially after training. Few rolls and my back sounds like bubble wrap, 100% worth the money
