Take it once a day and believe it does contribute to increased energy level. May have taken a few days for levels to build up and to notice the increased energy level. Great product for a great price

I’ve been on a search for some good vitamins that’s not too pricey, come in a good quantity, the quality is great, not HORSE SIZE PILLS😅😅. So far these are it I just started them so I can’t speak on the quality part just yet but want I can say they taste like a flavored chalk 😂😂 and honestly that’s a GOOD THING for a vitamin and I CHEWED it up I didn’t even need water so I love that for me. Also the vitamin is no bigger than my pointer finger, they come in a count of 365 I ONLY NEED 1 A DAY so these should last the WHOLE YEAR and they don’t go bad until 07/2027. Anyway I’ll update this review in a month or so👍🏾👍🏾

Good price, good tasting for a vitamin.

I take these daily. They are easy to swallow and they are one of the best priced. When my B levels are tested, I am always in good range. I believe this B12 helps with my energy level.
