Works great!
Love having fingerprint entry! No problems with door opening or locking. Has worked for months now on same battery. We use the battery lock and unlock function at least eight times a day. I have not tried any other methods of lock/unlock except fingerprint and code. I wish they had a shiny brass set, but the matte gold color isn’t so bad since I don’t have my shiny brass kick plate installed right now and indoors it coordinates well enough with our other indoor brass fixtures.

Key no longer works
Installed for about a year and the physical key or internal parts have degraded so that it is nearly impossible to lock/unlock. Never even set up the smart part, was too confusing/difficult.

Great technology and ease of use.
I was looking for a lock that would be easy to use for all of the people that I let into my house without handing out keys. It has been very useful because of the variety of ways you can unlock the door through fingerprint, passcode, e key or regular key. I like all of the security and the various ways you can generate a passcode. I also love that I can use the gateway and remotely lock and unlock the door in cases where I don’t want to provide an access code to someone. I was having an issue getting my gateway connected to my lock and got in touch with customer service and Elaine couldn’t have been more helpful. We ended up having a video call and she walked me through all of the steps and we were able to get everything working in perfect order. All in all, it has been a great purchase and would buy again.

Helen’s excellent customer service
I bought this lock on Amazon last August. I was attracted by its beautiful appearance. It is very convenient to use and very practical. It can be unlocked in several ways, such as fingerprint, password, electronic key and ordinary key, which makes our life very convenient.Last month, I found that the lock was broken. I contacted the customer service by email. Helen responded to me quickly, replaced a new lock for me, and gave me a two-year warranty . I am very satisfied with the customer service's ability to solve the problem quickly. I will recommend friends to buy their products.

It doesn’t work! Wasting my time
The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t work !!!!!I have been trying so many times and it passed the timeframe for return and it NEVER works! If you use key it can lock all the way. If you use password pad it can only lock Half way!

Great customer service!
We’ve had this lock for a few months and love it.It has several options to unlock the door, and creates a sense of safety and ease getting in and out.Unfortunately, the motor in our lock went out a few months in. I reached out to customer service and April responded quickly. We had a replacement ordered within minutes of starting our conversation. I was sad to see our lock not work, but was so very pleased with the customer service of this product.

Best costumer service-
The media could not be loaded. It stopped working not even been 3 weeks yet. Doesn’t response to my finger print that I set and # is usually to lock. I changed the batteries thought it would be the battery. But no hope for this itemUpdate:I contacted the support team and they were very responsive: They were able to resolve my issue.Customer support is amazing and responsive.

Customer service was worthless!
Unlike other smart door locks I’ve had this comes with no batteries (4), is expensive, and doesn’t come with the option of changing the deadbolt strike plate from rectangular to circular as is the steel door to my new condominium.Calling customer “support” was useless as communication was poor and it was as if they just plucked people off the street and said “answer these calls!” For the price of this lock enough said. Btw, after a difficult installation it does work beautifully, although I haven’t hooked it up to Alexa yet!Update one month later: Unfortunately, a key fob (1 Of2) was lost by me. Asked if I could buy additional fob or fobs. Was told by representative that I could disassemble the whole unit, return it and they would send me out another whole lock set?! Really? No option to buy additional fobs? Lowered my rating to a 1*on this company and their customer service!
