I stayed in Cunoor about 5 years ago and had the privilege to visit the Homedale plantation in person. The way the leaves are selected and processed is a sight to behold and ever since then I've been an ardent fan of their tea dust. Not too strong not too light. Perfect blend in everyway possible.
