Small, easy to take. No bad taste.
So far so good, always difficult to tell if they are making the effects they say. But trust the science 😉 like they say.I've read alot and listen to alot about this product so I thought I'd give it a try. So far, thoughts are. Small tablets, easy to swallow.I would say my sleep has improved but I couldn't directly say it was down to these.

Pleasant smell, good value, poor packaging
Edit:Alright, I've now finished the entire 3-month supply (taking 2 tabs daily). Here's the honest, no bs update:Do I feel better? Yes. Over the past three months, I've genuinely experienced less brain fog and find I can concentrate better for longer periods. Can I credit THIS Lion's Mane? Honestly, NO. It's impossible for me to isolate this supplement as the cause. Why? Because during this same period, I've also made significant, consistent improvements to my diet, sleep quality, and exercise routine, alongside taking high-quality Omega-3 and multivitamin supplements. These fundamental lifestyle changes are well-proven to impact cognitive function and energy levels, and are almost certainly the primary contributors to me feeling better.Let's talk reality vs. hype: Forget the glowing reviews claiming Lion's Mane is some instant miracle drug that transforms your brain overnight. That's pure hype (and dangerously misleading). The actual scientific evidence in humans is limited. Studies are often small, sometimes funded by manufacturers, and results are frequently subtle or inconsistent. There's no definitive proof it provides major cognitive boosts for most healthy people, especially not rapidly. Any potential effects are likely modest, cumulative over MONTHS, and highly individual.Crucially, there's very little reliable scientific evidence showing that massive doses of Lion's Mane are more effective than moderate ones. The optimal, evidence-backed dosage for cognitive benefits isn't well-established, and "more" doesn't automatically mean "better", like this 4000mg, it's just marketing hypes to increase price. My bottom line after 3 months: This supplement might have contributed a tiny, subtle synergistic effect, but I have no proof. I certainly didn't experience anything near the 'miracle' results some reviews claim. The vast majority of my improvement came from nailing the non-negotiable basics: diet, sleep, exercise. Don't buy this, or any supplement, thinking it will magically fix things if your lifestyle fundamentals aren't in order. My original points of pros and cons still stands._______I’ve been taking this for a month alongside Nutravita Omega-3 and Viridian High Five multivitamins. Since it’s a long-term supplement, it’s difficult to tell how much effectiveness it has on its own (it's seriously not some miracle supplements, you won't suddenly feel the supposed effects, it takes MONTHS for small benefits to show), but if nothing else, the black pepper extract may help boost the absorption of other supplements and I've noticed no bad side effects so far.Pros:Fragrance – Has a surprisingly pleasant, savoury smell, almost like a warm, comforting dinner. It’s quite addictive.Easy to swallow – Tablets are smooth and don’t have a bad taste.Fair price – At £10 for a 3-month supply, it’s great value compared to similar products.Cons:Packaging quality – The resealable bag is convenient at first, but the rubber seal broke with daily use (see photo). No recycling info – There’s no indication if the packaging is recyclable, not even a simple bin icon. This is disappointing, especially since the company claimed to aim for net zero by 2023 (which was two years ago!).Overall, it’s a solid supplement at a reasonable price, with a strong Lion’s Mane extract and a surprisingly nice scent. However, the packaging needs improvement, both in durability and sustainability. Would give 3.5 if Amazon allowed half-stars, but rounding up to 4/5. Will likely to look at other brands next time.

Legit works
I was sceptical of taking this when a friend recommended it to me, figured I'd humour him and purchased some. Went to work literally 24 hours after taking two (totally forgot I had taken them) and I was having a really bad day at work, everything that could go wrong, went wrong.Normally I'd be spitting feathers and have a face on me all day. Irritable and not want to talk to anyone. But no, nothing. I just kept on smiling and enjoying my day. Nothing got me down or upset me, I've been the same ever since I started taking them. I think less negatively and seem to have more time of day for people who i'd normally not feel worth of it (because they aren't good people, i know this review makes me seem like a bad guy but I'm honestly not)Honestly they have given me a more positive outlook on life, I feel like my body was lacking whatever nutrient this provides and it's balanced me out mentally.

More shroom for improvement.
I recently tried Lion Mane mushroom capsules and, while I had high hopes, I can only give them three out of five stars. I was looking forward to the potential benefits, but unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant difference personally. The capsules themselves are easy to take and the quality seems fine, but I was hoping for more noticeable effects on my focus or cognitive function. Perhaps they work better for others, but for me, it hasn’t been a game-changer. If you’re curious about Lion Mane, it might be worth a try, but don’t expect miracles right away!

Believe the hype!
I've always been mostly dismissive of "natural" products which in my experience are generally less effective than pharmacological products, however this product, which is in pill form, has caused me to experience something of an attitude adjustment.I bought this on the recommendation of a number of friends in my age group (I'm 63) who were all raving about the positive effect it had upon their critical faculties, short term memory and general mood. The dose stated is 2 pills per day taken with a glass of water and that is what I have been taking for a week. I have to say I have been amazed at the results. The effects were virtually immediate in memory, alertness, mental focus and mood. I feel fully awake and positive for the first time in years (thanks Tories for all you did over those years to depress us all by the way. Well done).Within 24 hrs of the first dose I felt noticeably better, and those feelings have continued to strenthen incrementally and cumulatively since the first dose. I feel energised!!As to side effects, I initially experienced some minor abdominal discomfort and constipation, but both resolved entirely within three days.In conclusion, despite my broadly sceptical views on natural remedies (along with crystal healing, organised religion, spiritualism and allowing animals in the kitchen), I recommend this product without reservation. All I can say is, it works very well for me. Its been like having a cognitive full service by Bugatti.Get some in! 👍😁I'll post an update in 6 months......
