Great product
I used the potato starch in my Rye Bread. It worked great. I plan on using it in other baking recipes and making sauces and gravy.

Excellent for gluten free
Excellent! We are gluten free and constantly looking for grain replacement. I've bought Bobs and a few other brands before and this is just as good. I used it tonight to make beef gravy and the gravy was excellent.

Much more stable thickening than corn starch. Just as easy to make a slurry. Good value.

Crispy cookies!
I used this for Swedish Butter Cookies. Having never tried potato starch before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I tasted it before wasting 2 cups of butter. It has a very mild taste. But, adding this powder produced some of the lightest, crispiest cookies, ever! No hint of potato. Just lovely delicate cookies. I'm ordering more, and trying it with other recipes calling for cornstarch.
