They thought of everything - very well engineered. I've tried two or three other brands, and I've launched my good Contigo travel mug four times with two other cup holder brands I've tried. This has a "springy tension" that you can {easily) set to your individual cup with the bottom knob. The slightly flared (front and back) upper lips on the cup holder make it easy to insert your travel mug even against moderate tension (if like myself you adjust tension for extra secure setting). There are also three little rubber inserts embedded in the contacting surfaces so that it grips the sides of your cup better. Brilliant! Also the "partial circumference" design would accommodate cups with handles (God forbid). Very sturdy construction, and classy looking to boot. Very sturdy and works great. Saw one same design at Harley dealership that was double the cost.

I like this for its but size adjustments. It fits my hydro flask but it’s definitely moving around a lot when riding. Good for the quality expected.
